THE SPANISH DAUGHTER

Valentina is ready to marry the love of her life, but it means that she must give up her family.

Rose recently lost her mother and while she is still grieving she feels so alone because she doesn’t know about any other family she may have.  But when she receives a box containing a horse figurine and a beautiful piece of glittering silk she immediately has hope of family she never knew she had.

In search of her family, she arrives at the most beautiful estate in Argentina.  When she befriends Benjamin, a local resident, he does everything possible to help her find answers to the questions of her past.  But uncovering the truth is not something she is ready for.

The Spanish Daughter, written by author Soraya Lane, is an amazing time slip story of the past meets the present in hopes of a future.  Lane is an amazing storyteller.  She paints a beautiful picture of the story that plays like a movie in your mind.  I felt like I was in Argentina watching the amazing sun sets and smelling the aroma of the beautiful flowers.

I loved everything about this story from cover to cover.  It is a heartbreaking and heartwarming story with a completely unexpected storyline.  This phenomenal unputdownable read is one that will remain in my heart for a very long time.  I loved this book and highly recommend it, ten stars for sure.
