A SECRET DAUGHTER FROM IRELAND

After the death of her mother, Becky discovers, in her will that she has inherited a house located in the quaint little town of Orchid Bay, Ireland.  This unexpected surprise leads Becky into a fresh start she so desperately needs.  She takes her teen daughter Jen, leaves New York, and embarks into a new life on the Irish coastline.  

Becky is determined to renovate the house which is in need of great repair.  She meets Ben, a local chef, who offers to help her.  As they are well into the renovation process, Becky finds an envelope behind an old painting containing a gold mine of secrets about the town and the people in it.

In “A Secret Daughter from Ireland” by Ann O’Loughlin, the reader is taken on a suspenseful gripping journey, full of twists and turns.  The descriptions of the Irish coastline in this novel will have readers inhaling the salt water breeze and listening to the waves crash in the distance.  

I adored the characters throughout the story.  I could relate to them, making them feel like family.  This phenomenal story hits all the feels, and I look forward to the next installment in this series.  I recommend this book to anyone seeking an extraordinary and heartwarming read.
