“The Last Safe Place” by Marion Kummerow is an incredible story based on true events. This heartbreaking story follows the lives of so many and giving the reader hope of their survival.
I was taken back by this emotionally charged story of determination and resilience. When all hope is lost and thinking that you will never survive, courage takes over and survival begins to look achievable. I enjoyed this book from cover to cover.
