THE HIDDEN DAUGHTER

Charlotte holds in the palm of her hand a small box containing a diamond ring and a Norwegian crest.  She must return home to  see her great-grandmother Amalie and the rest of her family. Charlotte has accepted her dream job as head chef at Norway’s most prestigious hotel.

She soon meets Harrison, a designer at the hotel.  He begins to show Charlotte the beauty of Norway she left behind a long time ago. Could this be the trip home for so many reasons including finding her happily ever after?

Charlotte returns the small box to Amalie.  Amalie thought the ring had been lost forever.  As Amalie begins to tell Charlotte of a love story and a never spoken of secret, she begins to question everything she knew about her family.

“The Hidden Daughter” by Soraya Lane is a wonderful and heartwarming tale of years gone by and the hope tomorrow holds. This amazing time slip novel was completely captivating.  I was totally enthralled with this masterpiece of story.

This story is both heartbreaking and intriguing as I flipped through the page I couldn’t stop for even a second.  I devoured this amazing book filled with characters I loved and felt a connection to.  This brilliantly authored story is one that will resonate in my heart for a very long time.  I highly recommend this ten star read.
